Welcome to FortressCRM.io. By using our services, software, or accessing our platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

FortressCRM is a CRM and automation platform built on Go High Level infrastructure. We provide managed CRM access, pre-built automation, and business workflow solutions for clients in various industries.

Our platform is hosted and maintained by FortressCRM under our agency license, and clients operate within subaccounts provisioned by us.

2. Use of Platform

By signing up for FortressCRM services, you agree to:

Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsAvoid abusive, misleading, or illegal marketing practicesMaintain accurate and lawful business and contact informationRefrain from using FortressCRM for spam, phishing, or any deceptive behavior

Use of the platform for high-risk or prohibited industries (e.g., weapons, adult content, get-rich-quick schemes) may result in account termination.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Managing their contacts and communications within legal compliance (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR as applicable)Reviewing all workflows, automations, and messaging before going liveEnsuring proper consent is obtained before sending SMS, calls, or emails through the system

FortressCRM provides templates and tools, but ultimate compliance is the responsibility of the user.

4. Payment & Billing

Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or data access restriction.

Custom setup services, AI add-ons, and additional integrations may be invoiced separately.

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or platform access has been initiated.

5. No Resale or White-Label Use

Clients may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute FortressCRM access or services without written approval. If you are interested in reselling, please inquire about our affiliate or referral partner program.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your customer data. Upon request and account cancellation, we will provide a data export file. FortressCRM does not sell or share customer data with third parties.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

FortressCRM is not liable for any lost revenue, damages, or compliance violations resulting from improper use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.

9. GTP & Platform Integrity

FortressCRM is committed to maintaining ethical and high-quality use of Go High Level’s technology. We adhere to Go High Level’s GTP (Go HighLevel Tech Partner) guidelines and prioritize transparency, compliance, and best practices in every account we manage.
